One coherent workplace, resolved across distinct modes of work.
The project brought reception, meeting, collaboration, workplace and support environments into one coordinated interior. Planning considered circulation, adjacency and daily use. Material and detail decisions were held against the client's established identity.

- The brief
- Roche needed one workplace in Abuja to carry several distinct modes of work. Visitors had to be received with confidence. Teams needed formal meeting rooms, informal collaboration settings, focused workstations and support space, all on one connected floor. The organisation also brought an established global identity that the interior had to respect rather than reinvent.
- The insight
- The difficulty was not any single room. It was the relationship between rooms. A reception that opens straight onto open desks makes focused work harder. Meeting rooms scattered without logic send visitors walking through the workplace. Planning therefore started with movement and adjacency, deciding which settings belong together and which need distance, before any finish or furniture was chosen.
- Our response
- Arrival, meeting and collaboration were resolved as one connected sequence. Reception and its lounge receive guests at the front of the floor. Glazed meeting rooms sit close to arrival so formal meetings stay visible but contained. Collaboration lounges and huddle rooms provide informal settings, while open workstations and focus areas sit beyond them. The client identity was carried through selected surfaces, colour and illustrated wall graphics rather than applied everywhere.

- Workplace strategy, workplace design, interior delivery and project coordination. The work ran from planning logic and design coordination through site execution, stage checks and closeout against the documented scope.
- Delivered environment
- A delivered workplace, completed in 2025, where reception, glazed meeting rooms, huddle rooms, collaboration lounges, open workstations and support space read as one coherent interior. The approved photography records the finished floor room by room.
