Content on this site is general information about our services and work. It is not advice, a proposal, a quotation or a contractual commitment, and we may update it at any time.

Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement or client relationship. We may decline an enquiry where the project falls outside our capability or capacity. Proposals, fees, scope and programmes become binding only when set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.

If you attach files to an enquiry, you confirm that you are authorised to share them and that they contain nothing malicious, unlawful or infringing. Outtabox will use uploaded files only to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, and will not publish them. We may refuse or remove any file that does not meet these conditions.

Text, imagery, film, marks and design on this site belong to Outtabox or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Project photographs and films are published only where the relevant permissions are in place; client names and marks remain the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement.

This site links to, and uses, third-party services such as maps, social profiles, analytics where you allow it, and an AI assistant. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites, and their own terms apply.

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute relating to them is expected to be resolved in the Nigerian courts, without affecting any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
