This notice explains what we collect through this website and how it is handled.

What we collect
When you submit the enterprise enquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, organisation, work email, phone number, role, project location, project type, approximate size, budget band, timing, procurement stage and your written brief.
We also record technical attribution data: the page you first arrived on, the referring website, and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) present in the URL.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, assess project fit, and maintain a record of our correspondence. Attribution data helps us understand which channels bring relevant enquiries.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and a defined set of interaction events. Analytics data is processed by Google. You can block it using browser controls or an extension.
The Outtabox AI assistant
The chat window on this site is an AI assistant, not a member of our team. Your messages are sent to our server and then to the AI provider that generates the reply, Lovable AI Gateway. We do not store the conversation, we do not log it, and we do not send it to our team. The conversation disappears when you close or reload the page.
Please do not type personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information into the assistant. Nothing reaches our team until you contact us yourself through the enquiry form, email or WhatsApp. Analytics records that the assistant was opened and used, never what was typed.
Where it is stored
Where automatic delivery is available, validated enquiries are emailed to hello@outtabox.work. An optional customer relationship record may also be created, but it does not control whether the email succeeds. Where automatic delivery is unavailable, the site prepares a readable draft for you to send from your own email app. WhatsApp is a secondary visitor-initiated option. Credentials for connected systems are held server-side and are never exposed in the browser.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the business relationship and any legal obligation. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@outtabox.work.
