When you send the Enterprise Project Brief we collect the details you enter: name, organisation, work email, phone number, role, project location, project type, approximate size, budget band, timing, procurement stage, service interest and your written brief, together with your consent to be contacted.

You may choose to attach documents such as an RFP, tender brief, drawings or photos (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPEG or PNG; up to five files of 20 MB each). Files are checked by our server and passed privately to our internal business development system with your enquiry. They are not published, and are used only to assess and respond to your enquiry. Please only upload documents you are authorised to share.

With an enquiry we record the page you arrived on, the referring website, any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and which page or button led you to the form. This helps us understand which channels bring relevant enquiries. Remembering the campaign that first brought you here across visits only happens if you allow analytics.

Optional measurement is off until you choose. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and a defined set of interactions, processed by Google. Advertising measurement is a separate choice: only if you allow it, the Meta Pixel records page views and a confirmed enquiry as a “Lead” with an anonymous reference, processed by Meta to measure our advertising. Meta then receives technical page and browser data such as the page address, referring site and browser details. We do not send the contact details, brief or uploaded files you provide to either service, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded on careers pages. LinkedIn advertising tags are not active.

We store your choice, when you made it and the options shown so we can respect it. You can change or withdraw it at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing stops further optional measurement. Declining never affects your ability to send an enquiry.

The chat window is an AI assistant, not a member of our team. Your messages are sent through our server to Lovable AI Gateway, which generates the reply. Outtabox does not keep the conversation after your session: it is not stored in our systems, logged by us or passed to our team, and it disappears when you close or reload the page. Please do not type personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information into the assistant. Analytics, where allowed, records that the assistant was used, never what was typed.

Validated enquiries and any attachment references are sent from our server to Outtabox Network, our internal business development system, and routed to our Business Development team. Your browser does not connect to that system directly. If automatic submission fails, your answers stay in your browser so you can choose to email them to hello@outtabox.work or send them by WhatsApp.

To respond to your enquiry, assess project fit, prepare for qualification and any subsequent proposal, keep a record of our correspondence and understand which channels are working. We do not sell your information.

Submissions travel over encrypted connections. Our server validates and limits what it accepts, credentials for connected systems are held server-side and never exposed in the browser, and uploaded files are not made publicly accessible.

We keep enquiry records and any documents shared with them for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and meet legal or accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to or restrict how it is used, or withdraw consent you have given, by emailing hello@outtabox.work. You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
