Delivery method
Strategy before design. Clarity before cost. Discipline before delivery.
Six stages, each with a defined purpose and a defined output. The method exists so that an executive sponsor, a procurement lead and a site team can all see the same project at the same time.
Stage 01
Understand & Qualify
Establish what the organisation actually needs, what constrains it, and whether we are the right partner for the work.
What happens
- Organisation and workstyle discovery
- Constraints review: building, landlord, programme, budget
- Definition of what success means for this project
- Stakeholder map and decision-making route
What you receive
- Requirement summary
- Constraint register
- Agreed definition of success
- Scope of engagement
Operating mindset
A zero-defect mindset, internally.
We hold our own team to a zero-defect standard as an internal operating mindset. It is how we run quality checks and snagging. It is not a warranty, and we do not claim that risk can be eliminated from a construction project.
What stays constant
Across every stage.
- Assumptions and exclusions written down, not implied.
- Change handled through a controlled process with cost and programme impact stated.
- Transparent reporting against scope, programme and budget.
- One accountable point of contact for the client organisation.
- Feedback and lessons learned recorded after handover.
