- STL Trustees is a professional-services business that hosts clients and holds confidential conversations on the same floor. It needed a layout that welcomes visitors and keeps sensitive discussions private.
- The insight
- In a trustee business privacy is a planning decision. Where meeting and manager rooms sit relative to arrival matters more than any acoustic product added later.
- Our response
- The layout places a reception lounge at arrival, a meeting room close to it for client discussions and a regional manager office set back where conversations stay private. The open office sits beyond the client-facing zone, giving staff a working floor that visitors do not need to cross.
