The case study
- The brief
- Rack Centre has engaged Outtabox for an enterprise office fit-out in Lagos. The workplace has to meet corporate standards inside a live enterprise setting, where approvals, access and quality expectations are defined by the client.
- The insight
- Interiors, MEP and ELV meet in the same ceilings, walls and floors. In an enterprise setting each interface also passes through an approval. Coordinating design, procurement, programme and services as one sequence keeps those approvals ahead of the work on site.
- Our response
- The work is run through strategy and design coordination, procurement and programme control, interior delivery and MEP and ELV coordination. Approvals and quality checks are built into each stage so issues are raised and resolved before they reach handover.
