The case study

The brief
Prudential Zenith Life asked for a regional hub in Port Harcourt of approximately 600 sqm. The design brief was summed up in five words. Recruit. Train. Coach. Sell. Celebrate.
The insight
Each of those five words is a different activity with a different room. A sales and training hub has to move people from learning to practice to recognition, often in the same day, so the plan follows that cycle.
Our response
Performance rooms support role-play and practice. Leadership and coaching rooms give space for one-to-one development. A flexible 30-seat training room and an 80-seat theatre can combine into a 110-seat configuration for larger events. Reception, MDRT recognition and collaboration settings celebrate achievement at arrival, with support space behind.
Scope
Workplace strategy and design study. Seat numbers are design capacities.
What the work resolves
A regional hub planned around the full cycle of recruiting, training, coaching, selling and celebrating, with rooms that combine for larger gatherings.
