- The brief
- Primary Compassionate Care needed front-of-house and team spaces for a care organisation.
- The insight
- Care environments are read first at the front desk. Arrival, registration and waiting must be clear, so people know where to stand and staff can see who needs help.
- Our response
- The study separates arrival, registration and waiting. Behind that front line it provides meeting rooms, a smart huddle zone, a training room with movable partitions and a staff and public health lounge, away from patient routes.

- Workplace design and specialist environment design, shown in architectural visualisations.

- A calm front of house with team settings that flex, from a quick huddle to a full training session with the partitions opened.
